The beauty of an asset system is told in the usability of its results. I took great pains to steal the best qualities of the online search engines of HotBot, Yahoo, and AltaVista to create a simple and powerful search results page format. Each thumbnail is directly previewable, so the user can even run their lecture directly from the CD, or collect relevant pieces and export them for later use, or even reauthoring in HTML.

By adding items to their Export List (aka Shopping Cart) the user assembles assets for use in lectures and on websites. Just click on Export Now and the whole she-bang gets collected and exported into a folder structure identical to the document architecture. Each element can then be previewed by clicking on the thumbnails.
